The paneling in the lobby and stairway at El Camino Behavioral Health in Mountain View, Calif. grabs the attention of those visiting the facility. The 52,000-square-foot center for Mental Health and Addiction Services replaces the existing building on the El Camino Hospital campus.
The establishment, which features 36 patient rooms with both inpatient and outpatient services, offers a healing environment to promote wellness and recovery.
In addition to the paneling found in the lobby and corridor areas, other highlights of the project include a security desk which lights up, solid surface casework and the patient rooms. These individual rooms feature seclusion beds designed for patient safety and uniquely-shaped octagon solid surface sinks.
