Northwestern Design is busy putting the finishing touches on the Gateway of Pacific project in South San Francisco.
Gateway of Pacific is a life science real estate property, offering laboratory and office space for scientific biotech research companies. The total project building area is 531,849 square feet, which includes a 13-story wing and a 5-story wing with an atrium connecting the two wings. In addition, there is an amenity facility and a two-level below grade parking garage.
NWD’s scope includes the reception desk and a panel in the atrium lobby. Both the reception desk and panel in the atrium lobby on the first floor feature plain sliced walnut veneer.
