The Escondido Village Blackwelder building is one of the oldest high-rises on the Stanford University campus.
The 12-floor, 220-bed dormitory has undergone a remodel. Ten apartments are featured on each floor, which includes levels two through 12. The first floor includes common area and student amenities. The amenities feature a lounge, study, game and music rooms, mail and laundry facilities.
Plain-sliced natural maple veneer is featured throughout the project.
