Stanford University housing has gotten a boost with the renovation of two, 12-story high-rises. The Quillen and Blackwelder buildings are part of the Escondido Village on the Stanford, CA campus.
Each tower includes 220 housing units, featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. Ten apartments are on each floor, which includes levels two through 12. The first floor includes common area and student amenities.
Plain-sliced natural maple veneer is featured throughout the project.
