Work is beginning on the new student housing complex in Davis, CA. The five-story housing project adds 208 bedrooms and two resident director apartments. In addition there will be lounges and study areas, a lobby and laundry facilities.

Plastic laminate casework and solid surface countertops will highlight the project.
