Project Details

This large residential mixed-use development is located in San Francisco. The project includes a 39-story, 396-foot-tall tower with an 11-story mid-rise podium and a four-story low-rise podium. In addition to residential space, there is room for retail development on levels 1 and 2. The high-rise building also has a fitness center, restaurant, libraries, swimming pool and deck.

Besides the interior casework and millwork on multiple floors, NWD’s scope of work included the exterior Ipe trellis, deck and benches in the outdoor garden areas and the Ipe trellis structure lining the pool area.
