Chase Center
Project Details
This tenant improvement build-out for the new bank is part of the Chase Center complex. The complex features 580,000 square feet of nearby office space and an additional 100,000 square feet for retail/restaurants. The $1.4 billion Chase Center arena is not only a state-of-the-art facility, but also the new home of the Warriors.
The project uses reclaimed wood throughout. The bleachers and wall paneling in the waiting area features reclaimed Douglas Fir. Reclaimed walnut lumber highlights the booth seating areas. The main lobby wall paneling greeting bank visitors is an eye-catcher because of the reclaimed maple flooring.
