Gateway of Pacific
Project Details
The Gateway of Pacific project is located in South San Francisco. It is a life science real estate property, offering laboratory and office space for scientific biotech research companies. The total project building area is 531,849 square feet, which includes a 13-story wing and a five-story wing connected by an atrium. In addition, there is an amenity facility and a two-level below grade parking garage.
NWD’s scope includes the reception desk and a panel in the atrium lobby on the first floor. This desk and panel feature plain sliced walnut veneer.
