Project Details

Take a look at the MyoKardia project in Brisbane, Calif.

The 4-story tenant improvement project for the biotech company features over 113,000 square feet of alterations. The project not only includes a tech desk, but also tiered step seating. The feature stair wall and coffee booth seating may add character to the space, but it is the break/wellness areas and the printer/copy room that keep the workspace flowing.
